This is a piece of the cake - recipe posted a couple of days ago. Hasn't everything, (including dandelions), started to grow? I was looking at the dandelions today and thinking...wine. I wonder if I should have a go. May is the month for making dandelion wine. Watch this space.
If all my flowers grow as well as the dandelions I'll be well happy.
I'm not much of a wine drinker, so I'll stick with a nice cup of tea thanks! xx
I am definetly not telling my husband that May is the month for Dandelion wine, his wine making has been less than successful to say the least!

Hi Margaret and Noreen, the cake looks delicious, yes I have loads of dandlions too, I don't think wine though, just 'get rid of them!' My dad would be interested in your wine recipe, he's a big home wine maker, maybe I should save my dandelions for him!
