This is the first of this linnet's eggs. Typically they lay 4 - 6, between April & June. It's very hot & humid today. This won't be a popular sentiment, but I'm not keen on this particular type of weather.
It's popular with me as I don't like it either! xx

I don't like it over the low 20's, and I certainly don't like it humid. Here we also suffer from air pollution and smog so it's hardly surprising that I much prefer spring and autumn! xx
