We don't have a blossom tree in our garden, so luckily I am getting to see great photos like this, yours is lovely. I like how you have the open flowers and closed buds together in the shot. x

I know what you mean - May is wonderful, but things do change so quickly. I intended to visit the local nature reserve to photograph the wild crabs flowering - but I think I've missed the boat there too!
Lovely photo of lovely blossom. My mum had a Worcester tree that also had pink buds like this. Seeing your photo I can smell that delicate perfume and hear the bees...
