
5oz, 15g self-raising flour
3oz, 75g ground almonds
6oz, 175g butter
6oz, 175g caster sugar
1 teaspoon almond extract
2 large, or 3 small eggs
Butter a baking tray. In a food mixer, mix all ingredients until well blended. Put in tray. Bake in a moderate oven for about 25 minutes. When cool, remove from tray and cut into squares.
