I was chuffed to see this flitting around the garden this morning...not something we see everyday in the Staffordshire Moorlands. I've watched them quite often on holiday in France but can count on one hand the number I've seen locally. Maybe so called warmer summers will mean we'll see more.
It wasn't around very long - just enough time to race upstairs for my camera (never to hand when needed!), take only one decent snap, and that was it...ah well!
